Submit via email or Slack. Most issues are resolved within 1 business day.

If unresolved after 2 business days, your issue is escalated to a senior engineer with direct Slack or email access.

For critical issues (site down, security concerns), your account manager or our operations lead steps in within 4 hours.

Specific situations

Site outage or downtime

If your production site goes down due to a deployment we made, contact us immediately via Slack or email with 'URGENT' in the subject. We treat these as critical and respond within 1 hour during business hours.

Billing disputes

For billing questions or disputes, email support@fastbuilder.dev with your workspace name and billing cycle. We'll investigate and respond within 2 business days. See our refund policy for details.

Third-party service issues

If a third-party integration (Stripe, Vercel, etc.) causes issues, we'll help diagnose and route you to the right vendor. We won't leave you stuck. Our team assists with vendor communication.

Data and privacy requests

For data export, deletion, or GDPR-related requests, email us with 'DATA REQUEST' in the subject. We process these within 5 business days per our privacy policy.
